You will work on creating natural, scalable, and efficient voice interactions using speech recognition, NLP, and AI technologies.\n________________________________________\nKey Responsibilities\n• Design and develop voice bots using platforms like Google Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, or Microsoft Azure Bot Service\n• Build conversational flows, intents, entities, and dialogue management systems\n• Integrate speech-to-text (STT) and text-to-speech (TTS) services\n• Connect voice bots with backend systems (APIs, databases, CRM tools)\n• Optimize conversation design for better user experience and accuracy\n• Monitor bot performance and continuously improve based on analytics\n• Implement multilingual and regional language support where required\n• Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of deployed solutions\n________________________________________\nRequired Skills\n• Experience with NLP and conversational AI concepts\n• Hands-on experience with STT/TTS technologies\n• Familiarity with REST APIs and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)\n• Understanding of dialogue design and user intent mapping\n• Debugging and performance optimization skills\n________________________________________\nPreferred Skills\n• Experience with frameworks like Rasa or Botpress\n• Knowledge of machine learning basics\n• Experience in voice UX (VUX) design\n• Exposure to telephony integrations (e.g., SIP, IVR systems)\n• Familiarity with analytics tools for conversational insights\n\nDisclaimer: Firstsource follows a fair, transparent, and merit-based hiring process.
