Then please read on!\n\nPrimary Responsibilities:\n\nAchievement of delivery targets across our programmatic DSP platform and paid social channels (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat) for an allocated portfolio of mobile app campaigns — owning P&L target achievement end-to-end.\nMonitor performance and scale across all channels including regular in-depth data analysis, granular optimization, and reporting against KPIs such as CPI, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and SKAN/MMP-attributed metrics.\nOwn the full campaign lifecycle on paid social platforms — from audience strategy, creative briefing, and campaign build to bid management, budget pacing, and post-campaign analysis — for both User Acquisition (UA) and Retargeting (RT) objectives.\nManage Meta Advantage+ and standard campaign structures (App Campaigns, AEO, VO), TikTok App Campaign types (ACO, Smart+), and Snapchat Goal-Based Bidding with a strong grasp of each platform's auction dynamics and algorithm behaviour.\nUnderstand, learn, and expand your scope across different advertiser app verticals, programmatic supply, data integration, deep linking, dynamic creatives, and platform-native creative formats (TikTok-first video, Meta Reels, Snapchat Story/Commercials).\nTranslate MMP data (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular) into actionable optimisations across both DSP and paid social channels, ensuring attribution windows, SKAdNetwork configurations, and postback mappings are correctly implemented and monitored.\nTake initiative and collaborate with multiple functions including Sales, Account Management, TSE, Creative/Design, Supply, Engineering, Product Management, and Finance.\nPartner with Product Management, Tech, and Data Science to provide pragmatic feedback, drive feature development through qualified input, and ensure smooth testing and rollout — including incrementality tests, A/B creative experiments, and audience split studies.\nProactively identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities by synthesising data across platforms into clear, actionable narratives for both internal teams and external clients.\n\nRequired Skills:\n\nHolistic knowledge of app performance advertising, RTB environments, and the paid social ecosystem — with hands-on experience running mobile UA and retargeting campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.\nStrong command of platform-specific tools: Meta Ads Manager (including Advantage+ Catalog, Custom Audiences, CAPI), TikTok Ads Manager (including Events API, TikTok Pixel, Audience Insights), and Snapchat Ads Manager (including Snap Pixel, Snap Audience Match).\nDeep understanding of MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular), SSPs, DSPs\nAdvanced data interpretation and analysis skills — comfortable working with large data sets to extract insights quickly and surface optimisation signals across multiple campaign types simultaneously.\nAbility to independently manage creative feedback loops: identifying fatigue, briefing refresh concepts, and working with design teams to produce platform-native assets that perform.\nResults-oriented with strong attention to detail, analytical rigour, and a creative, independent approach to problem solving.\nYou love solving riddles and never give up on technicalities — whether that's a postback misfiring, a bid landscape anomaly, or a sudden CPM spike on a paid social auction.\nWorking within a small, high-accountability task team excites and empowers you to achieve more.\nStrong process, organisational, and time management skills alongside excellent written and verbal communication for stakeholder-facing reporting and client calls.\nProficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets (pivot tables)\n\nWork Environment Details:\nAbout RevX:\n\nRevX is a global mobile programmatic DSP that enables brands to drive high-performance, targeted app growth campaigns across international markets.
