Overview\nTekWissen Group is a workforce management provider throughout India and many other countries in the world.\n\nJob Title: Domestic Staffing Lead\nLocation: Visakhapatnam\nDuration: Full Time\nWork Type: Onsite\nExperience: 7-10 years\nShift timings: Day shift\nNotice: Immediate - 30 Days\n\nJob Description:\nCandidate must have 7+ years of experience in to Domestic staffing with 3 years of lead experience\nStrong experience into IT requirements.\nAct as a primary contact for the offshore recruitment team and ensure that all the requirements are fulfilled.\nTake responsibility and ownership for the complete delivery.\nResponsible for submitting qualified candidate to the client portal-VMS/MSP.\nAttend spotlight calls and share the MOM with the group without fail.\nAny rejection of resume on VMS/client should be reviewed and discuss the reasons with the team.\nEnsuring quality submission on every requirement or declining requirements where we know we cannot submit candidate with in SLA Clear understanding of requirements and build pipelines for future sourcing.\nOn PO confirmation ensure that you coordinate with AM’s so you know who will reach out to the consultant to confirm with him/her.\nParticipate at TekWissen at Quarterly Business Reviews with the client i.e. score card meetings.\nManage the ATS portal content for all the active head count with Start date, work location, Pay rate, bill rate, BCG requirements etc. VMS data and ATS data should match.\nDevelop sourcing and screening strategies for core skillsets as per the client needs\nTekWissen® Group is an equal opportunity employer supporting workforce diversity.
