This role requires a balance of hands-on technical expertise, operational ownership, and strategic leadership.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n- Own end-to-end engineering delivery across multiple products and platforms.\n- Drive execution excellence through clear prioritization, delivery governance, and risk management.\n- Ensure high standards across scalability, reliability, performance, and quality.\n- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align engineering initiatives with business priorities.\n\nTechnical Leadership\n\n- Provide hands-on technical guidance across architecture and engineering practices.\n- Lead teams building cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure and .NET technologies.\n- Drive engineering best practices, technical standards, and platform scalability.\n- Support architectural decisions and modernization initiatives across systems and applications.\n\nModernization & Transformation\n\n- Lead engineering transformation initiatives across platforms, applications, and development practices.\n- Improve SDLC processes, CI/CD maturity, developer productivity, and operational efficiency.\n- Drive adoption of modern engineering methodologies and scalable delivery models.\n- Contribute to AI-enabled product and engineering capabilities where applicable.\n\nOperational Excellence\n\n- Ensure strong ownership of production systems including reliability, security, monitoring, and incident management.\n- Drive operational improvements and platform stability at scale.\n\nTeam & Stakeholder Management\n\n- Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering teams, Engineering Managers, and Tech Leads.\n- Collaborate with Product, Data, Architecture, and business stakeholders across global teams.\n- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\n\nTechnical Skills\n\n- Strong experience in the .NET ecosystem and enterprise application architecture.\n- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native technologies.\n- Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalable architectures, and microservices.\n- Experience with DevOps / DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and production operations.\n- Exposure to AI-enabled systems, automation, or modern engineering tooling is preferred.\n\nLeadership Experience\n\n- Proven experience leading large engineering teams and enterprise-scale technology programs.\n- Strong delivery management, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.\n- Experience managing globally distributed teams in a fast-paced environment.\n- Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution-focused leadership.\n\nPreferred Candidate Profile\n\n- Engineering leader with strong technical credibility and delivery ownership.\n- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.\n- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.\n- Comfortable driving transformation and operating in evolving environments.\n- Experience working in product-driven or technology-focused organizations preferred.\n\nRequirements\n\nThis role is a senior engineering leadership position combining strong technical expertise, platform ownership, engineering delivery, and people leadership. The ideal candidate should have deep hands-on experience in .NET ecosystem, Microsoft Azure, cloud-native architecture, distributed systems, and DevOps practices.
