Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven hunter to lead new client acquisition for our IT staffing services, with a focus on small and mid-sized businesses. This role is exclusively focused on generating new business—there are no responsibilities related to delivery, account management, or farming existing accounts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new direct clients for IT staffing services
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound efforts (LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calls)
  • Engage with key decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, hiring managers) to understand hiring needs
  • Convert qualified opportunities into signed staffing agreements
  • Transition successfully closed accounts to the internal delivery team


Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales or IT staffing business development
  • Strong prospecting and cold outreach skills with a disciplined approach
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven, commission-based environment
  • Proven ability to consistently generate new client accounts (“new logos”)


Success Metrics:

  • Acquisition of new clients and execution of signed staffing agreements
  • Development of a consistent, high-quality sales pipeline
  • Achievement of monthly and quarterly new business targets


Please note: this role is focused on acquiring direct clients only. We are not targeting implementation partners, tier-1 vendors, or other staffing vendors.
