Manager / Senior Manager
Overview:
A seasoned procurement professional to manage end-to-end contracting and procurement activities for construction
projects, with a strong focus on high-rise commercial developments. The role involves strategic sourcing, vendor
management, contract finalization, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely and cost-effective project
execution.
Primary Responsibilities:
▪ Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project timelines, budgets, and business objectives
▪ Lead sourcing initiatives for contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
▪ Manage end-to-end tendering processes including RFQ, RFP, and EOI
▪ Drive commercial negotiations and finalize contracts with vendors and service providers
▪ Ensure adherence to contractual terms, quality standards, timelines, and statutory requirements
▪ Identify and mitigate procurement risks including cost escalation, supply chain disruptions, and vendor
performance issues
▪ Collaborate closely with engineering, planning, finance, legal, and project teams to ensure seamless execution
▪ Monitor vendor performance and maintain strong supplier relationships
▪ Maintain documentation and ensure audit compliance across procurement activities
▪ Deliver the role in alignment with the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) framework, including Health
and Safety (EHS).
