Profile: Sales Executive-Solar EPC-Surat-5.4 LPA

Experience: 1-4 years
(Preferred: Solar EPC / Industrial / B2B sales experience)

Salary Range: 40k to 45k

Roles: 

1. Lead Generation & Market Development

  • Generate leads through field visits, networking, cold calling, and industrial references
  • Identify potential commercial and industrial clients for solar projects

2. Client Consultation & Technical Coordination

  • Conduct client meetings and explain solar project benefits
  • Coordinate with technical teams for site surveys and feasibility analysis

3. Proposal & Deal Closure

  • Prepare commercial quotations and technical proposals
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and close EPC contracts

4. Account Management & Coordination

  • Coordinate project handover between client and execution team
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation process

5. Market & Policy Awareness

  • Stay updated on solar policies, subsidies, and net-metering regulations
  • Analyze market opportunities and competitor activities

6. Reporting & CRM Management

  • Maintain sales pipeline and client records in CRM software
  • Prepare sales reports and follow-up trackers regularly

Qualification: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical preferred)
  • OR MBA / BBA Marketing with technical aptitude
