Profile: Operations Manager-Solar EPC-Surat-3.6 LPA

Experience: 3-6 years
(Preferred: Solar EPC / Electrical / Construction project operations)

Salary Range: 25k to 30k

Roles: 

1. Project Planning & Execution

• Manage end-to-end execution of solar EPC projects
• Prepare project schedules and allocate resources effectively
• Coordinate between engineering teams and site execution teams

2. Procurement & Supply Chain Coordination

• Coordinate procurement and delivery of modules, inverters, structures, and materials
• Monitor inventory, logistics, and material movement at project sites

3. Vendor & Subcontractor Management

• Manage civil, electrical, and mechanical subcontractors
• Monitor subcontractor performance, quality, and timelines

4. Cost Control & Budget Management

• Track project budgets and identify cost overruns
• Coordinate purchase orders, invoices, and financial documentation

5. Quality & Safety Compliance

• Ensure compliance with electrical and safety regulations
• Conduct site audits and maintain safety standards at sites

6. Project Commissioning & Coordination

• Supervise plant testing, approvals, and commissioning activities
• Ensure timely project completion and client handover

Qualification: 

• BE/B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related Engineering field
• Project management certification - Preferred
