ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial & Regulatory Reporting
- Oversee preparation and review of financial statements
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of disclosures and workings
- Ensure timely submission of regulatory returns
- Manage fund reporting activities and ad hoc client requests
Operational Management & Governance
- Ensure SLAs and regulatory deadlines are met
- Maintain and enhance procedures and controls
- Identify and escalate non-compliance
- Drive process improvements and automation
Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Act as escalation point for queries
- Support audits and regulatory inspections

Experience:
- 8-12 years in financial reporting or fund accounting
- Experience in team management
- Strong knowledge of investment funds 
Education:
- Degree in Finance/Accounting
- ACCA or CA is must have qualificatio
