Job description :
We are seeking a skilled AI Agent Builder - ServiceNow AI Platform to design, develop, deploy, and optimize intelligent AI agents and autonomous workflows across enterprise environments. The role involves leveraging ServiceNow AI capabilities such as AI Agent Studio, AI Agent Orchestrator, Now Assist, Virtual Agent, Generative AI, and Flow Designer to automate and enhance business processes across ITSM, HRSD, IRC, SecOps, and other enterprise functions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow development, workflow automation, scripting, integrations, and Generative AI technologies. Working closely with business stakeholders, architects, and platform teams, the individual will build scalable, secure, and compliant AI-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency, streamline service delivery, and accelerate the organization's digital transformation initiatives.
➢ Key Responsibilities
1. AI Agent Development
• Design and build autonomous AI agents using ServiceNow AI Agent Studio.
• Configure AI agent roles, behaviours, prompts, tools, and workflows.
• Develop intelligent conversational experiences using Virtual Agent and Generative AI.
• Design multi-agent workflows using ServiceNow AI Agent Orchestrator
• Build AI-powered incident resolution, HR support, customer support, and workflow automation
solutions.
2. ServiceNow Platform Development
• Develop Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Flow Actions.
• Configure Integration Hub spokes and custom connectors.
• Develop custom APIs and reusable platform services.
• Configure catalog items, workflows, approvals, and automation logic.
3. Generative AI & Agentic AI Engineering
• Integrate LLMs and AI models into ServiceNow workflows.
• Implement AI prompting strategies and contextual reasoning.
• Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) integrations with enterprise knowledge bases.
• Configure AI guardrails, governance, and monitoring.
4. AI Solution Design & Architecture
• Design scalable Agentic AI architectures aligned with enterprise standards.
• Define agent collaboration patterns, memory strategies, orchestration frameworks, and
integration approaches.
• Evaluate AI use cases and recommend suitable AI agent architectures.
5. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
• Work with business teams to identify automation opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.
• Conduct workshops, demos, and technical training sessions.
➢ Basic Qualifications
• 3-8 years of ServiceNow development experience
• Experience with enterprise AI implementation
• Knowledge of machine learning fundamentals
• Experience with AI frameworks and automation platforms
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities including AI Agent Studio, Now Assist,
Virtual Agent, Prompt Studio, and AI Agent Orchestrator.

• Experience building enterprise-grade RAG solutions.
• Knowledge of AI evaluation, testing, and observability frameworks.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with Azure AI Foundry or enterprise AI platforms.
