• We are looking for a highly skilled Cloud Engineer with strong DevOps expertise to join our fast-paced and innovation-driven team.
• The ideal candidate will bring 3.1 to 5 years of hands-on experience in cloud platforms, infrastructure automation, and modern deployment practices.
• In this role, you will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing AWS cloud infrastructure that powers scalable, secure, and highly available systems supporting our engineering teams.
• You will play a key role in driving automation, improving deployment efficiency, and ensuring the reliability and performance of cloud environments across production systems.

Essential Job Functions:

• Infrastructure Management: Build, manage, and maintain scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant cloud infrastructure across Amazon Web Services (AWS) environments.
• CI/CD Pipeline Automation: Drive and enhance CI/CD pipeline automation to enable fast, reliable, and repeatable application deployments.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management frameworks to eradicate environmental drift.
• Optimization & FinOps: Monitor, analyze, and optimize AWS cloud performance, cost efficiency (FinOps), and overall security posture.
• Workflow Automation: Automate infrastructure provisioning, orchestration, and operational workflows to eliminate manual processes and reduce errors.
• Incident & Reliability Management: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues with a strong focus on high availability, uptime, and system reliability.
• On-Call Support: Participate in incident management and on-call rotation support for critical cloud infrastructure.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with development, QA, and operations teams to improve system stability, observability, and release efficiency.
• Continuous Evolution: Continuously evaluate and adopt contemporary AWS features, serverless paradigms, and DevOps practices to improve cloud maturity.

Qualifications:
Required Skills

• AWS Cloud Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with core AWS services covering compute, container orchestration, serverless, storage, and database management.
• Operating Systems: Solid understanding of Linux/Unix systems, administration, and performance tuning.
• Identity & Access Governance: Good understanding of enterprise identity and access management concepts, focusing on zero-trust architectures including AWS IAM, Single Sign-On (AWS IAM Identity Center), RBAC, SAML, and authentication/authorization flows.
• Networking Fundamentals: Solid knowledge of networking fundamentals including DNS (Route 53), VPC architectures, subnets, routing, load balancing, and basic firewall concepts.
• Virtualization & Hybrid Cloud: Understanding of virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and hybrid cloud infrastructure environments (e.g., AWS Outposts).
• Storage Administration: Experience in file server management, access controls, and shared/object storage administration (e.g., Amazon S3, EFS, EBS).
• DevOps Practices: Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts, release pipelines, deployment strategies (canary, blue/green), and deployment automation.
• IaC & Configuration Principles: Deep knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management principles.
• Automation Scripting: Good scripting knowledge (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) for automation, systems engineering, and operational tasks.
• SRE & Troubleshooting: Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and root cause analysis skills within real-world production environments.
• Enterprise Security Appliances: Hands-on experience with third-party security appliances and enterprise firewalls (such as Palo Alto Networks and Fortinet) alongside cloud-native security appliances.
• Observability & Telemetry: Experience with modern monitoring, distributed logging, tracing, and full-stack observability concepts.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Cloud Platforms: Amazon Web Services (AWS) (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, Route 53, IAM).
• Version Control: Git, GitHub, GitLab.
• CI/CD Platforms: AWS CodePipeline/CodeBuild, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Jenkins.
• Containers & Orchestration: Docker, Amazon EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service), Amazon ECS (Elastic Container Service), AWS Fargate.
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, AWS CDK (Cloud Development Kit), and Ansible.
• Scripting: Python (Boto3), Bash/Shell.
• Security & IAM: AWS IAM, AWS Secrets Manager, IAM Identity Center, Security Groups, and Cloud Security Best Practices.
• Observability & Monitoring: Amazon CloudWatch, AWS CloudTrail, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK Stack, and AI-driven alerting tools (AIOps).
• Networking & Security Appliances: Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, AWS Transit Gateway, firewall policies, VPN, intrusion prevention systems (IPS/IDS).
• Collaboration Tools: Jira, Confluence.
