About The Job:
- We are seeking a Senior Power Platform & BI Engineer with 5–9 years of experience to design and deliver enterprise-grade data, automation, and application solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
- The role blends Power BI analytics, Power Apps development, workflow automation, and AI-driven solutions, enabling end-to-end digital transformation.
Power BI & Data Analytics
- Design and develop advanced Power BI dashboards, reports, and scorecards
- Build scalable data models using Star/Snowflake schema
- Develop complex DAX measures, KPIs, and business metrics
- Integrate data from multiple sources (SQL, APIs, SharePoint, Azure)
- Perform advanced analytics, trend analysis, forecasting, and insights generation

Develop enterprise-grade applications using:
- Canvas Apps
- Model-Driven Apps
- Design user-friendly UI/UX interfaces
- Build solutions using Dataverse, Forms, Views, and Business Logic
- Integrate apps with workflows and external services

Develop and maintain:
- Cloud Flows
- Desktop Flows (RPA)
- Automate complex business processes across systems

Implement:
- Data transformation (JSON, XML)
- Scheduled & event-based workflows
