About the Role
Global Consulting (GC) is seeking an energetic, customer-focused, and creative Hospitality, Marketing & Guest Relations Executive to support the marketing, sales, booking management, and guest experience operations of luxury villas, hospitality properties, and related projects.
This role is ideal for freshers and young professionals who enjoy interacting with people, social media marketing, hospitality operations, sales coordination, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Relations & Hospitality
- Handle guest inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Coordinate guest bookings, check-ins, and special requests.
- Ensure a positive guest experience before, during, and after their stay.
- Coordinate with on-site caretakers, vendors, and service providers.
- Manage guest reviews and customer feedback.
Marketing & Social Media
- Create and publish content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Assist in creating reels, stories, posts, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate influencer and marketing collaborations.
- Promote seasonal offers, weekend packages, corporate retreats, and special events.
- Support digital marketing initiatives and lead generation activities.
Sales & Booking Coordination
- Respond to booking inquiries and convert leads into confirmed reservations.
- Maintain booking calendars and occupancy reports.
- Follow up with prospective guests and clients.
- Upsell value-added services such as decorations, BBQ packages, event setups, sightseeing experiences, and other hospitality services.
- Maintain customer and lead databases.
Administration & Reporting
- Prepare daily and weekly reports.
- Maintain guest records and booking documentation.
- Coordinate with management regarding occupancy, sales, and marketing performance.
- Support operational and administrative activities as required.

- Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience may apply.
- Graduates or pursuing graduation in Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, HR, or related fields.
- Hotel Management graduates are encouraged to apply.
