Fire Fighting Design Manager

We are seeking an experienced Fire Fighting Design Manager to lead and manage fire\nprotection system design across multiple projects. The candidate will be responsible for\nensuring efficient, compliant, and high-quality fire fighting design solutions while\ncoordinating with internal teams and clients.\nKey Responsibilities:\n• Lead and manage fire fighting system design activities for multiple projects.\n• Prepare, review, and approve fire fighting drawings, hydraulic calculations, BOQs, and\ntechnical specifications.\n• Ensure compliance with NBC, NFPA, IS codes, and other relevant fire safety standards.\n• Design fire protection systems including sprinkler systems, hydrant systems, fire alarm\nsystems, and suppression systems.\n• Coordinate with MEP, architectural, and structural teams for design integration.\n• Develop and monitor project schedules and design deliverables.\n• Conduct technical reviews and resolve design-related challenges.\n• Maintain accuracy, quality, and documentation of all fire fighting design outputs.\n• Handle client coordination, meetings, and approvals.\n• Support procurement through technical evaluation and vendor coordination.\n• Ensure adherence to safety, statutory, and regulatory requirements.\nRequired Qualifications:\n• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Fire Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).\n• Certification in Fire Safety or relevant domain is an added advantage.\nExperience (Mandatory):\n• 8 to 12 years of experience in Fire Fighting Design.\n• Minimum 5 years in a leadership/managerial role preferred.\n• Experience in commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects is desirable.\nTechnical Skills:\n• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and fire protection design tools.\n• Strong knowledge of fire fighting systems, hydraulic calculations, and design standards.\n• Familiarity with BIM coordination is an added advantage.
