Job Description: RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing)
Experience - 5-7 years
Location- Sri City
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job briefing, sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Onboarding & Compliance: Oversee the post-offer engagement strategy to minimize drop-outs and ensure a smooth day-one onboarding process, including document verification and coordination with HR operations.
Vendor Management Services (VMS): Serve as the primary point of contact for external staffing agencies and search firms. Allocate mandates, track vendor performance against SLAs (Service Level Agreements), and manage vendor billing/documentation.
Stakeholder Coordination: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, project timelines, and headcount budgets.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 5–7 years of core experience in recruitment, with a strong background in RPO, corporate hiring, or managing contract-to-hire (C2 H) setups.
Vendor Management: Proven track record of handling multiple staffing vendors, driving fulfillment rates, and conducting vendor performance reviews.
Operational Excellence: Deep understanding of both specialized technical hiring and high-volume recruitment strategies.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to confidently interface with senior management and external partners.
