Role Overview:\nWe are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Middle East payroll, Fast Formulas, and Absence Management. The role involves implementation, configuration, and supporting Oracle HCM modules to meet business requirements and ensure compliance with regional payroll regulations.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nConfigure and support Oracle HCM modules, focusing on Middle East payroll.\nDevelop and maintain Fast Formulas for payroll, absence, and benefits.\nImplement and manage Absence Management processes within Oracle HCM.\nCollaborate with HR and payroll teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.\nEnsure compliance with local labor laws and statutory payroll requirements.\nProvide functional support, testing, and documentation.\n\nRequirements:\nProven experience in Oracle HCM Cloud\nStrong knowledge of Middle East payroll processes and statutory requirements.\nHands-on expertise with Fast Formulas and Absence Management.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
