Cyber Security Technical PMO

We’re hiring: Cyber Security Technical PMO / Security Programme Consultant\nWe are looking for an experienced cyber security delivery professional to join our team, reporting directly to the CISO.\n\nThis is not a traditional administrative PMO role. We are specifically seeking someone who can operate confidently in complex cyber security environments, challenge delivery teams constructively, and drive execution across technical security programmes.\n\nThe successful candidate will have a strong PMO background combined with prior experience in Security Architecture, GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance), or broader cyber security leadership functions . This role requires someone who understands how security controls are designed, governed, implemented, and operationalised across enterprise environments.\n\nWhat you’ll be responsible for:\nDriving governance and delivery across multiple cyber security initiatives\nManaging programme plans, RAID logs, dependencies, milestones, and reporting\nTracking security remediation progress, control implementation, and delivery KPIs\nWorking closely with Security Architects, Engineering teams, SOC/MSSP providers, and senior stakeholders\nCoordinating cross-functional technical workstreams and third-party vendors\nProducing executive-level reporting and steering governance discussions\nImproving PMO processes, reporting standards, and delivery discipline across the security function\n\nWhat we’re looking for:\nProven experience in a Technical PMO, Cyber PMO, or Security Programme Management role\nPrior hands-on experience in Security Architecture, GRC, Cyber Risk, or Security Engineering\nStrong understanding of enterprise cyber security environments and technologies including IAM, SIEM, SOC, Cloud Security, Endpoint Security, and security governance frameworks\nAbility to engage credibly with technical security teams and senior leadership\nStrong experience managing complex delivery dependencies, RAID governance, and executive reporting\nAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for reporting and programme tracking\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills\n\nIdeal background:\nWe are particularly interested in candidates who have worked within:\nEnterprise cyber transformation programmes\nSecurity architecture or GRC functions\nSecurity engineering or infrastructure-heavy environments\nRegulated industries or large-scale organisations\nCISO-led transformation offices or security PMOs\n\nThis role is best suited for candidates who can bridge the gap between cyber governance and technical delivery — not purely administrative PMO profiles.\n\nIf you are looking for a role where you can genuinely influence cyber delivery strategy and execution, we’d love to hear from you.
