Job Title: US Non-IT Engineering Recruiter\nLocation: Hyderabad (Onsite)\nShift: US Shift / Night Shift\nExperience: 2–6 Years\nEmployment Type: Full-Time\n\nJob Summary\nWe are looking for an experienced US Non-IT Engineering Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience recruiting Engineering and Non-IT professionals across various industries in the US market. The recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, submission, interview coordination, and offer closure.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n• Handle end-to-end US recruitment lifecycle for Engineering and Non-IT requirements.\n• Recruit for Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Civil, Automotive, Aerospace, Industrial, Supply Chain, Procurement, Construction, Utilities, Telecom, Administrative, Finance, and Business Operations roles.\n• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder, JobDiva, Ceipal, and other sourcing platforms.\n• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, work authorization, location, and rate expectations.\n• Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.\n• Negotiate pay rates and close candidates successfully.\n• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of Engineering and Non-IT professionals.\n• Work on Direct Client, MSP, and VMS requirements.\n• Maintain ATS records and recruitment trackers.\n• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.\n\nRequired Skills\n• 2–6 years of experience in US Staffing.\n• Strong experience in US Non-IT and Engineering Recruitment.\n• Good understanding of US work authorization types (USC, GC, EAD, H1B, TN, etc.).\n• Knowledge of tax terms including W2, C2C, and 1099.\n• Experience working with job boards and ATS tools.\n• Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills.\n• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n• Prior experience working on HCL / HCLTech requirements will be given high priority.\n• Experience handling Engineering MSP/VMS requirements from large enterprise clients.\n• Experience recruiting for Manufacturing, Aerospace, Automotive, Utilities, Telecom, Construction, and Supply Chain domains.\n• Existing candidate network within Engineering and Non-IT domains is a plus.\n\nPerformance Expectations\n• Consistent candidate submissions.\n• Strong interview-to-placement ratio.\n• Quality candidate pipeline generation.\n• Effective stakeholder and client communication.\n• Ownership and accountability towards recruitment targets.
