Overall Job Description

  • Deliver on dash boards & analytical solutions pertaining to Investments at bank level (Affluent & Consumer banking) using advanced statistical methods, leveraging deep business understanding and analytical expertise.
  • Preparing analytical reports & sales+ Budget planning to the management team on Investments to devise campaigns & cross sell strategies (Investment products)
  • Designing end-to-end cross -sell models on ETB customers through B2C & via channels
  • Key Support function to drive Tele calling model on ETB base to increase MF/SIP/Broking penetration model at Bank level
  • Work on critical business analysis to drive positive impact on channel performance, product offering, customer experience and sales.
  • Stay abreast of current business developments and coordination with key stakeholders like digital, product, campaign, MIS & marketing teams.
  • Successfully engage in multiple project initiatives simultaneously
  • Analytical solutions around (but not limited to): Cross sell, Forecasting, Propensity modelling, Segmentations, Campaign optimization.


Education and Work Experience Requirements:

EDUCATION

Essential requirement:

  • Graduate / PG (Statistics/ Business Management/ Economics)
  • 5+ years of industry experience in the same field ( Banks/ AMCs/ Fintech/ Investments/ Brokerage houses)


Preferred: Experience in to same field (Investments) & Tier I business school


Essential requirement: Excel, Power Point

Any specific requirements

  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
  • Inquisitiveness and a desire for continuous self-improvement and development of new skills.
  • Knowledge and experience of Investment products
