Greetings from Tata Consultancy Services!!\n\nWe are hiring for Oracle Absence Management Functional Consultant !!\n\nJob Title: Oracle Absence Management Functional Consultant\nLocation: PAN India\nExperience Range: 5-10 yrs\n\nJob Description:\nMinimum 5-7 years of experience in Oracle HCM Absence Management.\nAt least 2-3 full cycle Oracle HCM Implementation experience with focus on Absence Management.\nExperience in configuring approval workflows and Fast Formulas is highly required.\nExperience in integration absence with of Time & Labor, Payroll.\nStrong knowledge in creating Fast Formulas for complex eligibility, accruals, and carryover calculations.\nExperience in gathering business requirements, documenting those, doing fit gap analysis and mapping them to Oracle Cloud HCM application\nAbility to work with stakeholders to define business processes and solutions.\n\nTCS Eligibility Criteria:\nBE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc./MS with minimum 3 years of relevant IT-experience post Qualification.\nOnly Full-Time courses would be considered.\nCandidates who have attended TCS interview in the last 1 month need not apply.
