We serve clients with a high-touch on-site and onshore presence, leveraged by a global delivery platform.\n\nOverview:\nWe are currently seeking an experienced Senior Incentive Compensation (IC) Associate. In this role, you will work closely with the client as a consultant to support all components of incentive compensation design and implementation.

This role will use an understanding of corporate, product strategy and operational / compliance constraints to deliver the IC plan best drive desirable behaviour and produce performance. The associate also supports on all IC related ad hoc analytics and field reporting.\n\nResponsibilities:\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams for Goal Setting, IC design, and implementation of effective incentive compensation (IC) admin processes for the sales field, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance with regulations.\nUtilize SQL, Python and advanced Excel skills to analyze sales data, evaluate performance metrics, and generate insightful reports for sales operations and management.\nAssist in call planning and targeting strategies by leveraging data-driven insights and market intelligence to optimize sales force effectiveness.\nStay up to date with industry trends and best practices in commercial operations, identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing solutions.\nRequirements:\nBachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Life Sciences, etc.).\nMinimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial operations within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on IC design and operations or call plan and targeting.\nStrong proficiency in SQL, Python and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.\nKnowledge of call planning and targeting methodologies, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize sales force effectiveness.\nSound understanding of IC plans and admin concepts, Goal Setting, and IC Health Check to support client with Sales ops activities.\nExperience with sales force automation tools and systems.\nGood understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance requirements.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.\nEffective communication and presentation skills.\nProactive, highly motivated and good work ethic.\nStrong organizational and project management abilities, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.\nGood to have:\nProficiency in Tableau/ Power BI for data visualization and reporting.\nExperience with Alteryx for data blending and advanced analytics.\nFamiliarity with SAS for statistical analysis and modelling.\nBenefits :-\nOpportunity to work with scalable and enterprise-level technologies, bragging rights to having developed globally recognized technologies used by global customers\nChallenging, transparent, and supportive work environment\nOpportunity to grow rapidly in your career along with the company – in get at the right time!\nCompetitive comp and benefits\nAbout KMK Consulting Inc\nKMK Consulting, Inc. is a fast-growing company with passionate, energetic, and dedicated people working in a dynamic and friendly environment.
