Job Description
Organization: Sterling & Wilson Private Limited
Role & Responsibilities:
- Involve in end‑to‑end pre‑bid contract management for EPC / item‑rate / percentage rate / design‑build tenders. Study tender documents, including:
- Instructions to Bidders (ITB)
- Conditions of Contract (GCC & SCC)
- Commercial schedules, etc.
- Raising prebid queries and preparation of contractual risk analysis of tenders. Participate in pre‑bid meetings, negotiations, and client discussions.
- Support Estimation team on contractual provisions impacting pricing
- Prepare contractual deviation and clarifications sheets in line with Business guidelines.
- Preparation and vetting of NDA, MOU, JVA etc. for upcoming projects.
- Supporting multiple project teams for contractual issues including drafting correspondences viz. EOT, Variations, cost claims, replies to Client notices etc.
- Thorough reading and understanding of Project related all Contract Documents. Clarity regarding rights and obligations of the parties.
- Preparation of Contract Appreciation Document (CAD) for new contracts.
- Have a strict eye for any Variation. Events having time and cost impact on account of Employer, shall be notified immediately.
- Claim identification and preparation pursuant to the clauses of the Contract.
- Handling contractual issues of physically closed contracts for minimization of losses and maximization of profit for the organization.
- Supporting legal team for dispute resolution.
Qualification:
- Engineering from a reputed institute- Prefer- Civil Engineer
- PG from NICMAR / RICS.
Experience:
- Contract Management of large complex infrastructure EPC projects, MEP Projects, T&D Projects with Minimum 10 years of Experience.
