%CF; Experience: 5+ years of experience in pre-sales for Audio-Visual (AV) solutions for large offices, campuses, or enterprise environments in India
%CB; Ideally for enterprise customers, MNCs, or Fortune 500 companies such as Adobe, Amex, Morgan Stanley, Microsoft, Google, Meta, etc.
%CF; Education: BE/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or related fields
%CF; Software: MS Excel (Advanced – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, CRM Tools
%CB; AutoCAD/MS Visio/Bluebeam (preferred)
%CF; Certifications (preferred but not mandatory): AV certifications such as CTS (AVIXA), Crestron, Extron, Biamp, or similar OEM training/certifications

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Pre-Sales Consultant – Audio-Visual Solutions to join our growing team. The role involves designing and proposing end-to-end AV solutions for enterprise offices, boardrooms, auditoriums, training rooms, and large-scale AV deployments. You will work closely with the sales team and clients to deliver technically sound, value-driven AV solutions tailored to customer requirements.

Responsibilities:
%CF; Customer Engagement and Solution Design:
%CB; Act as a trusted AV advisor to customers, understanding their business needs and AV requirements.
%CB; Design and propose AV solutions (including video conferencing, projection/display, control systems, speakers, microphones, DSPs, etc.) tailored to customer environments
%CB; Deliver technical presentations and live demonstrations of AV setups
%CB; Confidently attend virtual and in-person meetings with domestic and international clients
%CF; Requirements Gathering and BOQ Preparation:
%CB; Gather AV-related requirements from clients for boardrooms, training rooms, huddle spaces, NOCs, and large venues
%CB; Translate technical needs into AV designs and create accurate BOQs
%CB; Prepare accurate and comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQs) based on project requirements.
%CB; Should be capable of generating BOQs from PDFs, AV drawings, or customer briefs
%CF; Technical Expertise and Product Knowledge:
%CB; Strong knowledge of AV systems including video conferencing, control systems, signal routing, displays, speakers, mics, amplifiers, and integration.
%CB; Familiarity with OEMs like Crestron, Extron, Biamp, Cisco, Logitech, Shure, Poly, and others
%CB; Stay updated with AV industry trends and best practices
%CB; Must be technically very sound and know industry best practices and standards.
%CB; Provide technical support to the sales team during the entire sales cycle
%CF; Sales Support and Collaboration:
%CB; Work with the sales team to strategize, plan, and win AV projects
%CB; Assist in preparing responses to RFPs, technical proposals, and client presentations
%CB; Collaborate with OEMs and system integrators to build winning solutions
%CF; Certifications and Training:
%CB; Maintain relevant AV certifications and attend OEM training Should have valid OEM certifications.
%CB; Continuously upgrade knowledge through training and development programs
%CF; Documentation and Design:
%CB; Create comprehensive documentation including AV schematics, layouts, and solution architecture
%CB; Proficiency in AutoCAD or Visio for AV design is preferred
%CF; Travel and Customer Interaction:
%CB; Willing to travel at short notice to customer locations for meetings, site surveys, or workshops
%CB; Interface with architects, consultants, PMCs, and end clients
%CB; Attend industry trade shows, AV events, and conferences
