\n\nCloud Unicorn is looking for an enthusiastic and committed Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and a passion for talent acquisition.
\n\nKey Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
\n\nScreen resumes and conduct telephonic/virtual interviews.
\n\nCoordinate technical rounds and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
\n\nMaintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures.
\n\n2. Documentation & Compliance
\n\nCreate and update job descriptions.
\n\nMaintain hiring trackers and recruitment MIS.
\n\nAssist with onboarding processes: offer letters, document collection, and joining formalities.
\n\n3. Coordination & Communication
\n\nFollow up with candidates for interviews, feedback, and joining.
\n\nRegularly coordinate with HR and department heads for hiring needs.
\n\nEnsure a smooth and positive candidate experience across all stages.
\n\nSkills & Requirements
\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
\n\nGood understanding of recruitment cycles and sourcing techniques.
\n\nStrong coordination and multitasking abilities.
\n\nQuick learner with analytical thinking and a proactive approach.
\n\nAbility to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
\n\nAdditional Information
\n\nTraining Period: 3 months (Stipend: ₹15,000– ₹18,000).
