Job Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Software Sales Team Lead to join our dynamic sales team.

\n\n

Key Responsibilities

\n\n

  • Lead and motivate a team of software sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • \n
  • Develop, implement, and oversee effective sales strategies and processes for software products.
  • \n
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting tactics as necessary.
  • \n
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and ongoing training to team members, fostering high performance.
  • \n
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other internal teams to ensure alignment of sales activities with organizational goals.
  • \n
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, handling escalated customer issues promptly.
  • \n
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • \n
  • Recruit, train, and onboard new sales representatives as needed.
  • \n

Pre-Requsities:

\n\n

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
  • \n
  • Proven experience in software sales, with prior leadership or team management responsibility.
  • \n
  • Strong understanding of CRM tools and software sales cycles, preferably including SaaS experience.
  • \n
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • \n
  • Skills
    Strong leadership and motivational abilities.
  • \n
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • \n
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • \n
  • Proficiency with CRM and analytics software, such as Salesforce.
