Position: Real Estate Sales (Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive / Assistant Manager)


Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage prospective client leads through various channels.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate solutions.

• Present project offerings, conduct site visits, and build long-term client relationships.

• Negotiate and close sales transactions while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

• Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline management through CRM systems.

• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives and customer satisfaction goals.

• Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.


Desired Profile:

'14; 2–6 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.

'14; Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills.

'14; Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

'14; Customer-focused approach with strong consultative selling skills.

'14; Understanding of real estate market dynamics and industry trends.

'14; Experience working with CRM platforms and sales tools.

'14; Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory).

'14; Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as within a team environment.
