Strategy Manager/Senior Manager: Cables\nExperience: 1-4 years of experience in consulting firms such as MBB/Big-4\nReporting To : SBU Head Cables\nLocation: Havells Head Office Noida –Work from Office (5 days)\n\nObjective: This strategic role within the Cable SBU is designed for a high-performing professional who will work closely with the leadership team to drive market intelligence & GTM strategies & support in operational excellence.\nJob responsibilities:\nMarket Intelligence & Benchmarking:\n•Market intelligence across competitor movements, pricing, features benchmarking to support partnership decisions\n•Perform data analysis, develop storylines, and manage project schedules\n•Strategic collaboration with key stakeholders to turn business strategies into action plans\n•Own problem statements end-to-end—from framing to execution\n•Function as a go to person supporting decision-making through data, and structured analysis\n•Assist in drafting proposals, MoUs, and partnership frameworks\n\nOperational Improvement for Existing Business:\n•Analyse current business processes and identify areas for efficiency enhancement\n•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process optimization initiatives\n•Monitor key KPIs\n•Conduct CAPEX planning to support revenue aspirations in a timely manner\n•Support business transformation and digital automation projects.\n\nDevelop GTM Strategy & Launch New Products:\n•Ensure cross-functional alignment across R&D, sourcing, sales, marketing, and operations\n•Evaluate new product opportunities and go-to-market strategies to enhance revenue\n•Deep dive into sales, margins, channel performance, and portfolio data to identify opportunities and red flags\n•Work with product, marketing, and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies\n•Conduct market research and customer segmentation analysis\n•Support product launch planning, execution, and performance tracking\n•Prepare business cases and launch presentations for leadership approval\n\nCandidates’ profile -\nEducation: B. Tech / MBA\nPersonal Attributes: The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
