Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Skill Development Manager located in New Delhi. The Skill Development Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills of individuals, overseeing program delivery, coordinating with trainers, managing training materials, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role will also include tracking training outcomes, monitoring program effectiveness, and making data-driven decisions to optimize future initiatives.

Clients - NSDC, Rural Livelihood Programs, Urban Livelihood Programs etc.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Training Design, Development, and Delivery
• Project Management and Organizational Skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
• Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
• Leadership and Team Management Experience
• Analytical skills, with the ability to measure the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements
• Experience in Curriculum Development and Knowledge of Skill Development Initiatives
• Prior experience in the education, corporate, or non-profit sector is an advantage
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field
