Job Description
Role- Senior Project Manager (Marine Industry)
Location- Mumbai - Hybrid
Notice Period- Immediate - 15 days
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
You will be responsible for collaborating with multiple teams located globally, including Danish HQ (Newbuilding & retrofit design) , Mumbai and other locations.
You shall be directly responsible for implementing new equipment and retrofit modifications towards the existing fleet of vessels, for meeting our ambitious goals.
Closely working with major suppliers, OEMs, vessels, shipyards, and internal stakeholders to achieve various goals set out on individual projects.
Your primary responsibilities will be to:
• Initiate, implement and manage major retrofit projects efficiently, effectively, and independently.
• Collaborate with a team from multiple technical and operational disciplines for delivering on common goals.
• Work effectively to drive external suppliers, vendors, and stakeholders towards our goals.
• Facilitate excellent communication and cooperation between teams.
• Having a “safety first” mindset in all aspects and good situational assessment.
• Maintain International and company standards across the process and have a quality approach towards your deliverables.
• Take ownership and act autonomously, while also adopting a collaborative working style, fostering cooperation and teamwork to find solutions.
