Expertise in managing email operations, Splunk, spam/abuse mitigation, and Trust & Safety workflows, ensuring operational excellence in a 24x7 environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n· Oversee daily operations, ensuring SLA, productivity, and quality targets are consistently met\n· Supervise, coach, and develop a team of agents; manage rostering and shift planning\n· Monitor trends in spam, phishing, spoofing, and abuse; drive proactive mitigation strategies\n· Conduct incident reviews, root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective/preventive actions\n· Leverage Splunk to build dashboards, track KPIs, and generate actionable insights\n· Ensure adherence to email authentication standards (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and security protocols\n· Collaborate with cross-functional teams and multi-vendor partners for seamless operations\n· Drive continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, and automation opportunities\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications:\n· 3-15 years of experience in email operations, Splunk, Trust & Safety / SOC environments\n· Expertise in managing email operations, spam/abuse mitigation.\n· Ensuring operational excellence in a 24x7 environment.\n· Strong understanding of SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and email infrastructure\n· Hands-on experience with Splunk\n· Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and decision-making skills
