Our processes are robust, transparent and technology-driven to provide globally consistent quality.\n\nDetails:\nPosition Title - Director\nExperience - 10+ years of experience\nQualification - CA\n\nExpectations and requirements:\nShould have strong proficiency in English – both written and oral.\nShould possess expert level knowledge of Assurance.\nShould possess expert level knowledge of accounting standards, including and specifically Ind AS/ IFRS and USGAAP.\nShould have excellent report writing skills including compiling presentations, memos and relevant documents.\nHave expert knowledge and understanding of concepts around accounting and Assurance, including strong familiarity with financial statements.\nHave experience of working on large complex engagements and multiple reporting environments. Have experience of working on listed, public interest entities and large entities.\nHave knowledge and experience of ensuring excellent quality documentation, work papers, etc.\n\nRoles & Responsibilities:\nLead teams and Assurance engagements end to end.
Handle areas and work allocated including testing and relevant procedures.\nPrepare and review work papers and ensure compliance with firms' policies and procedures and also regulatory requirements.\nAct as a SPOC for the team with the client. Manage and supervise team members including article staff.\nCoordinate with internal and external teams including client personnel for information/ data\nSupport the team on standardization of processes, documentation, analysis of technical issues, and research solutions.\nParticipate in meeting with various teams and contribute for the areas and responsibilities handled.\nUnderstanding business & industry issues / trends. Ensuring timely delivery as per the defined timelines.\nEnsuring compliance with engagement plans, internal quality & risk management procedures.
Should demonstrate knowledge of applicable laws and regulations and keep up to date with new pronouncements relating to Ind AS.\nOwnership and accountability of delivering all aspects of the engagement, from start to finish. Be responsible to front end and manage the internal and external quality review process for respective engagements and deliverables.\nCollaborate with teams including with experts and specialists involved in supporting delivery of engagements.\nResponsible for the operational matters including, billing, collections, efficiency and optimal utilisation of efforts and resources, monitoring engagement budgets, etc.\nProactively taking up full responsibility of engagement deliverables.\nSupport the Engagement Partner in managing communications, preparing and reviewing deliverables, discussions with stakeholders including boards, committees, etc\nCoach and mange team members including facilitating on the job training.\nParticipate and undertake trainings and training programs both technical and non-technical topics\nContribute to firm and practice related matters for the location and also national initiatives.\nParticipate and contribute towards business development initiatives including pursuits and opportunities.
