Designation: Engineer\nExperience: 1 – 3 years\nLocation : Chennai – Ambit IT Park\n\nJob Responsibilities:\n Candidate would be responsible for handling customer calls and troubleshooting technical issues\nrelated to Netgear Devices.\n Ensure resolution provided in the first interaction with the customer\n Acquiring knowledge about the newly released products and recent updates.\n Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which\nincludes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all\nother aspects of customer service\n Position and sell Premium support contracts to customers based on their support entitlement.\n\nDesired Skills: *(International Voice Process Experience Required)*\n Self-Motivated, Ability to Work Under Pressure\n Should have good comprehensibility and understandability of what customers want\n Should have critical thought process and decision-making capability with focus on accuracy\n Handling Internet Troubleshooting Issues relevant to Computers, Application, Basic Networking,\nLAN, WAN Technologies\n Customer centricity and eagerness to drive himself/herself for upgradation in knowledge.\n Ability to sell/Upsell\n Candidates should be open to a shift of 24x7.\n\nSkills:\n Should possess excellent English verbal skills\n Excellent logical reasoning\nands of technology experts across.
