Job Description

Your Mission:\nTo act as the primary contact for assigned customers, ensuring flawless order execution, timely deliveries, and high customer satisfaction through strong coordination with Sales, Planning, Production, Logistics, Finance, and Quality teams.\n\nResponsibilities:\nManage end-to-end order processing from receipt or orders to dispatch within defined timelines\nEnter orders accurately in ERP systems with correct specifications, put ups, and delivery dates\nCoordinate confirmation dates with Planning and Stock teams\nCommunicate proactively with customers on order status, dispatches, and delays\nHandle Tier-1 customer queries and escalate complex issues appropriately\nPrepare open-order reports and customer-specific summaries\nCoordinate daily dispatch planning with logistics and warehouse teams\nTrack delayed shipments and verify dispatch documentation\nSupport sampling, hanger requests, and first orders for new customers\nCoordinate credit approvals and payment conditions with Finance\nAct as the primary contact for quality-related complaints\nEscalate delivery risks early to Sales Managers\nReport system issues and maintain weekly order trackers\n\nProfile:\nCustomer Service / Order Management professional with hands-on experience in manufacturing or trading environments\nMinimum 2 years of experience in customer service, order processing, or supply-chain coordination\nStrong process discipline and attention to detail\nComfortable working daily in ERP systems and Excel-based reports\nExperienced in coordinating with Sales, Planning, Production, Logistics, Finance, and Quality teams\nIndustry exposure to textiles, furniture, home décor, or manufacturing sectors preferred\nFluent in English; Hindi, Tamil, or other Indian languages are a plus\nCustomer-centric, proactive, resilient under pressure, structured, and accountable\nHands-on mindset with strong ownership of tasks\n\nLocation: South India, ideally in Coimbatore (Tamil Nadu)
