The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sales and distribution, along with proven leadership in handling large-scale business operations.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDrive sales and distribution execution across assigned territories\nDeliver and exceed sales targets in high-growth, competitive markets\nManage and scale a business volume of ₹150 Crores+\nLead and develop teams through effective hiring, training, and delegation\nStrengthen distribution networks and ensure market penetration\nOversee execution of sales plans with high intensity and discipline\nCoordinate across departments to ensure smooth sales operations\nHandle on-ground challenges and ensure consistent business growth\nCandidate Profile:\n15+ years of experience in FMCG (Food Industry mandatory)\nCareer progression from Frontline Sales → Branch Manager / RSM / Sales Head\nStrong exposure to sales execution and distribution management\nExperience managing multi-state operations in South India\nProven ability to operate in high-pressure, execution-driven environments\nExperience handling ₹150 Cr+ business turnover\nSkills & Competencies:\nStrong people management skills (sourcing, onboarding, training, delegation)\nDeep understanding of sales processes and distribution systems\nHigh level of ownership, discipline, and accountability\nExcellent coordination and stakeholder management skills\nStrong communication and leadership abilities\nStreet-smart, execution-focused, and result-oriented\nAdditional Requirements:\nMust have handled 2–3 Southern States (Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh) at a granular level\nFluency in multiple South Indian languages + Hindi is mandatory\nHighly punctual, positive, and a strong team player\nCandidates who can join within 60 days preferred\nEducation:\nMBA from a reputed institution\nPreferred Current Roles:\nRegional Sales Manager (RSM)\nZonal Sales Manager (ZSM)\nSales Head – FMCG (Food Industry)\nIf your experience suits our JD,Pl share your updated resume to
