Serve as a strategic bridge between leadership, regional operations, and capital markets by translating financial data into forward-looking business narratives.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nSupport the design and maintenance of the organisation-wide three-statement (P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet) consolidation framework, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery.\n\nExecute variance analytics (Plan vs Actual vs Forecast) with structured KPI diagnostics tailored to the flexible office industry, flagging deviations and preparing commentary for review.\n\nPrepare the financial and analytical inputs for Monthly Financial & Business Reviews (MFBRs), including data packs, trend analyses, and preliminary narrative drafts.\n\nMaintain and update master data repositories to support a single source of truth for financial reporting, ensuring data hygiene and consistency across systems.\n\n2. Rolling Forecasting & Sensitivity Modelling\n\nBuild and maintain monthly rolling forecast models using first-principle, input-driven approaches incorporating macroeconomic and industry-specific variables.\n\nTrack and update revenue and cost drivers based on occupancy trends, pricing elasticity, demand cycles, and cost inflation, escalating anomalies and insights to the Manager.\n\nOperate and enhance the input-based forecasting templates in Workday Adaptive, ensuring data integrity, version control, and timely submission of forecast cycles.\n\nSupport scenario planning exercises by building sensitivity outputs and stress-test cases as directed.\n\nSupport the AOP process by building revenue planning templates anchored in rolling forecast data and demand diagnostics.\n\nPrepare cost planning workbooks using run-rate analytics, historical trends, and cross-regional data inputs.\n\nConsolidate decentralised cost inputs into the AOP structure within Workday Adaptive, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to timelines.\n\nCoordinate with regional teams to collect, validate, and reconcile planning inputs during the AOP cycle.\n\n4.

Quarterly and Annual Earnings Architecture\n\nSupport financial data compilation, reconciliation, and quality checks for quarterly and annual earnings cycles of the consolidated listed entity.\n\nMaintain and update the centralised KPI databook and master MIS repository across GAAP and Ind AS frameworks, ensuring data consistency and version control.\n\nPrepare drafts of Board presentation data pages and earnings deck exhibits, ensuring numerical accuracy and alignment with approved narratives.\n\nAssist in ad-hoc data pulls and analytical support to address earnings-related queries and disclosure requirements.\n\n5. Regional Finance Business Partnership\n\nProvide analytical support to regional leadership by preparing P&L deep-dives, performance trackers, and economic trade-off analyses.\n\nSupport the preparation and execution of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with structured data packs, performance diagnostics, and variance summaries.\n\nAssist in budgeting, forecasting, and planning activities by delivering real-time analytical inputs to regional finance teams.\n\nHelp drive financial literacy across operating teams by preparing training materials, dashboards, and simplified reporting templates.\n\n6. Capital Markets Responsiveness\n\nCompile and structure data inputs for shareholder and investor query responses under the guidance of the Manager.\n\nSupport Investor Relations Q&A preparation through timely data extraction, performance reconciliation, and fact‑checking.\n\nEnsure consistency of data points across internal reports, public disclosures, and investor communication materials.\n\n7.

Process Improvement & Automation Support\n\nIdentify opportunities to streamline repetitive reporting and consolidation workflows through automation and tool optimisation.\n\nSupport the adoption and maintenance of reporting tools and system integrations (Workday Adaptive, BI platforms, ERP connectors) to improve analytical throughput.\n\nDocument standard operating procedures for key FP&A processes to ensure consistency and knowledge continuity.\n\nProfile Requirements\n\n4-6 years of experience (MBA from Tier-1 College / First attempt CA (Ranker preferred) in FP&A / Business Finance, Corporate Finance, Management Consulting, or related analytical roles.\n\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with demonstrated ability to translate complex data into executive-ready insights.\n\nStrong stakeholder management skills, with experience supporting C‑Suite leadership and Board / Investor grade reporting.\n\nWorking knowledge of SAP, Workday Adaptive Planning, and Tableau preferred.\n\nHigh analytical rigour with strong financial storytelling capabilities.\n\nEqual Opportunity Employer\n\nWeWork India is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
