About FAI:\nAt FAI, we don’t just build software; we shape the future of real estate technology.\nFirst American (India) is a GCC (Global Capability Centre) of the First American Financial Corporation (NYSE: FAF) family of companies.\nA proud member of the FORTUNE 500 companies and was named one of FORTUNE’s 100 Best Companies to Work For® in 2024.\nFirst American Financial Corporation provides comprehensive title insurance, closing/settlement, property data and technology solutions.\n\nJob Description\nWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior SailPoint Developer to support the day-to-day and maintenance of IAM platform solutions that meet business requirements, policies, and standards.\nHe/she is required design solutions that integrate with the current IAM platform, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and integration of applications for authentication and authorization.\n\nCompetencies:\nPrepares accurate and detailed requirement specifications documents, including workflows, processes, requirements, and gap analysis.\nOn-board applications into the SailPoint IIQ platform and integrate with provisioning plans.\nCoordinate with change management to test, validate, evaluate new applications and functions to ensure information adheres to requirements and business needs.\nWorks on a diverse range of problems, moderate to significant in scope, where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, an understanding of current business and technological trends, and knowledge of organizational objectives and political dynamics.\nExercises judgment as a seasoned professional with a full understanding of industry best practices and established policies and procedures.\nApplies advanced technical expertise to provide input to technology direction and methodologies.\nProject and operational support are essential for supporting all of First American’s entities across the globe and as such, non-standard working hours may be required for meetings or to support issues as they arise. Limited regional and international travel may require.\nEstablishes operational objectives and work plans. Selects methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.\nUtilizes a broad internal and external network of professional contacts and resources to explore new approaches for solving problems and enhancing the department’s capabilities.\n\nTechnical Skills:\n5+ years of direct work experience including working with enterprise IDM Products, commercial IAM products for a sizeable enterprise (preferably 5,000+ employees/Identities), user provisioning, and developing solutions for Identity Management, Single-Sign & Reduced Sign On, and Web Access Management\nSound hands-on operational experience with ongoing maintenance of company operating systems such as Email Administration (Exchange), Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, and Identity and User Account Management platforms\n3+ years of experience using Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML.\nProficient experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ and in other IAM solutions.\nExperience with directory management such LDAP/Active Directory solution\nExperience with virtual directory solutions\nExperience supporting SailPoint IIQ including monitoring tasks, initiating certifications, and executing reports.\nExperience building custom connectors on the backend.
