The Guest Relations Executive is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by ensuring high standards of hospitality, customer service, and guest satisfaction. The role involves welcoming guests, addressing their queries and concerns, coordinating with internal departments, and maintaining positive guest relationships to enhance the overall guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, feedback, and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Ensure guest needs and special requests are fulfilled in coordination with relevant departments.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits and loyalty.
- Assist with VIP guest arrivals, departures, and special arrangements.
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels and take proactive measures to improve service quality.
- Maintain accurate guest records and update relevant information in the system.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
- Follow company policies, service standards, and hospitality best practices at all times.
- Prepare and maintain guest feedback and service-related reports as required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, Customer Service, or Hospitality Operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Customer-focused approach with a professional attitude and appearance.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hospitality management systems is preferred.
