\nWe’re looking for a results-driven Social Sales Marketing Booster to grow brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and increase sales through social media platforms. This role blends content creation, audience engagement, and social selling strategies to drive measurable business growth and also to support Nbiz's products and services.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies focused on sales growth and lead generation
\n
\n Promote products/services through platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X
\n Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, captions, CTAs) aligned with brand voice
\n Identify and engage potential customers through comments, DMs, and community interactions
\n Build and nurture relationships with prospects using social selling techniques
\n Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads, conversions) and prepare reports
\n Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with business goals
\n Monitor trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior to refine strategies
\n Maintain consistent posting schedules and brand consistency across platforms
Required Skills & Qualifications
\n Proven experience in social media marketing or social selling
Strong understanding of digital marketing and sales funnels
\nExcellent communication and persuasive writing skills
\nFamiliarity with social media analytics tools
\nCreative mindset with a data-driven approach
\nAbility to work independently and meet targets
\nPreferred (Nice to Have)
\nExperience with CRM tools
\nInfluencer marketing or affiliate campaigns
\nBasic graphic/video editing skills
\nKnowledge of paid ads (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok Ads)
