About the Opportunity

We are hiring for a high-impact AI Transformation Sales role with a leading Digital Engineering and AI Solutions organization.

This position offers the opportunity to work with some of the largest Automotive, Auto Component, Manufacturing, Mobility, and Industrial customers in India, helping them accelerate their AI and Digital Transformation journey.

If you have successfully sold AI Services, Engineering Services, Industry 4.0, Data & Analytics, GenAI, Digital Twin, or Enterprise Transformation solutions to large enterprises, this role could be an excellent fit.

What You'll Drive

  • Lead new business acquisition and revenue growth for AI-led transformation services
  • Engage CXOs, Business Heads, Digital Leaders, Engineering Heads, Manufacturing Leaders, and Innovation Teams
  • Build strategic relationships within Automotive OEMs, Auto Component Manufacturers, EV Ecosystem Players, Industrial Enterprises, and Global Capability Centers (GCCs)
  • Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure
  • Position AI, GenAI, Engineering AI, Smart Manufacturing, Industry 4.0, Digital Twin, Predictive Analytics, and Digital Engineering solutions
  • Work closely with Presales, Delivery, and Practice teams to create winning transformation proposals
  • Drive large consulting-led and solution-led transformation engagements

Ideal Candidate Profile

'14; 8+ years of B2B Technology Sales experience

'14; Strong track record in selling one or more of the following:

  • AI & GenAI Services
  • Data & Analytics Solutions
  • Digital Transformation Services
  • Engineering Services
  • Industry 4.0 Solutions
  • Digital Engineering Services
  • IT/OT Transformation Solutions

'14; Experience selling into:

  • Automotive OEMs
  • Auto Component Manufacturers
  • EV Companies
  • Manufacturing Enterprises
  • Industrial Automation Organizations
  • Engineering & R&D Services Customers

'14; Proven ability to open new accounts and win large transformation deals

'14; Strong consultative selling and executive stakeholder management skills
