Oracle HCM Functional Consultant -(Middle East Payroll)

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Middle East payroll, Fast Formulas, and Absence Management. The role involves implementation, configuration, and supporting Oracle HCM modules to meet business requirements and ensure compliance with regional payroll regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support Oracle HCM modules, focusing on Middle East payroll.
• Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for payroll, absence, and benefits.
• Implement and manage Absence Management processes within Oracle HCM.
• Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and statutory payroll requirements.
• Provide functional support, testing, and documentation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Oracle HCM Cloud
• Strong knowledge of Middle East payroll processes and statutory requirements.
• Hands-on expertise with Fast Formulas and Absence Management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
