Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in Bengaluru. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing social media strategies to enhance brand presence. Day-to-day tasks include managing content for various social media platforms, optimizing posts for engagement, analyzing metrics, and staying updated on trending topics. Collaborating with the marketing team, the Social Media Manager will align content with overall brand goals and ensure consistency in messaging and style.
Qualifications
- Should have managed a social media account. Doesn't matter if it's professional or your own. We want to see the effort you've put in to creating engaging content.
- Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
- Proficiency in Content Strategy and Writing
- Strong Communication skills and ability to engage with diverse audiences
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and reporting - you need to have the ability to dig deep into analytics to draw insights, comparisons and double down on what's working.
- Experience with content creation and adapting strategies to audience trends
- Passion for brand-building and creativity in engaging audiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
- Experience in lifestyle, fashion, or beauty industries is a plus
