Job Description:
The Office Admin & Accounts Executive will manage office administration, financial records, vendor coordination, procurement support, documentation, and general operational support for the research laboratory.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day office administration and front-office coordination.
  • Maintain accounting records, invoices, bills, receipts, reimbursements, and expense files.
  • Support purchase orders, vendor follow-up, quotations, and payment tracking.
  • Assist with HR coordination, attendance, staff records, and recruitment support.
  • Maintain administrative files, agreements, certificates, and compliance documents.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel, visitor management, and communication with external stakeholders.
  • Prepare periodic administrative and financial reports for management.

Requirements:

  • Any degree with administrative or accounts experience.
  • B.Com, BBA, MBA, or related qualification preferred.
