Job Title: Senior ServiceNow ITOM Developer
Location: PAN India
Experience: 6–10+ Years
Pay Rate: 20 LPA to 22 LPA

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow ITOM Developer to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, and integrations, along with hands-on experience in implementing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.

Mandatory Certifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – ITOM

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations.
• Implement and maintain CMDB governance and data quality standards.
• Develop and optimize Discovery patterns, probes, and sensors.
• Configure Event Management and integrate monitoring tools with ServiceNow.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and solution designs.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, operations, and application teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex ServiceNow platform issues.
• Participate in platform upgrades, enhancements, and performance optimization initiatives.
• Follow ServiceNow development best practices and governance standards.

Required Skills:
Strong experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules:

• Discovery
• Service Mapping
• Event Management
• CMDB
• Cloud Discovery (preferred)
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of AIOps and Observability solutions.
• Additional ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
