Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework) Developer to design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF, platform development, and quality assurance processes to ensure the stability and reliability of ServiceNow applications and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Create reusable test suites and test steps for ServiceNow applications and custom developments.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to understand requirements and define test scenarios.
• Automate regression, functional, integration, and user acceptance testing processes.
• Validate ServiceNow platform upgrades, patches, and new feature releases using ATF.
• Develop and maintain test data management strategies.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure test coverage across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, Service Catalog, and custom applications.
• Create and maintain testing documentation, execution reports, and quality metrics.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) initiatives.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Experience developing and executing automated test scripts within ServiceNow.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and development.
• Experience with:
  • ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
  • Service Catalog
  • Flow Designer
  • IntegrationHub
  • Service Portal / Employee Center
• Knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
• Experience testing REST/SOAP integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
