Ready to take part in our mission ? *By balance sheet size - The Banker, Juillet 2025 Reference 2026-113040 Update date 03/06/2026 Job description Business type Types of Jobs - Finance / Accounting Job title Trainee Contract type Internship/Trainee Expected start date 22/06/2026 Job summary Responsibility Areas: - Preparation of monthly financial metrics and key business drivers specific to different products/functions - Perform the Front Office PL vs Accounting PL reconciliation - Analyzing, investigating and explaining key movements and trends in P&L lines (Performance commentary) - Preparation of various Reports to support the Management needs and ensuring timely adherence to deadlines - Working with stakeholders to collate and review monthly expenses against budget - Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis - Undertake automation projects related to Management Control and ALM desk - Compute internal pricing add-ons wherever necessary and post internal journal entries - Assist the ALM team on ad hoc requirements whenever necessary - Providing early warning signals of impending liquidity problems to top management - Supporting regulatory reports like Form A, CRR & SLR, etc Position location Geographical area Asia, India City MUMBAI Candidate criteria Minimal education level Postgraduate degree - MA/MSc/PhD/Doctorate or equivalent Academic qualification / Speciality CA qualified Level of minimal experience 0-2 years Experience Qualified CA with 0-12 months experience of prior experience Required skills - Ability to communicate clearly and easily - Analytical & Synthesis Skills - Proactive & Action-Driven - Problem Solving Technical skills required - Financial Data Analysis - Financial Performance Commentary - Process Automation - Product Control & P&L Reconciliation - Liquidity Risk Management - Cost Variance Analysis Languages English
