Roles and Responsibilities
- Execute systemlevel engineering delivery to meet platform TCP targets
- Own timely closure of engineering deliverables for assigned systems
- Drive systemlevel target drilldown with CoEs, suppliers and manufacturing
- Ensure ontime, quality release of drawings, CAD and VP with minimal rework
- Close ORCs and engineering decisions within agreed timelines and scope
- Facilitate technical collaboration across Validation, Vehicle Engineering, Program Management, CDMM, STA, Proto Build, Quality and Homologation
- Monitor systemlevel progress, flag risks or deviations, and enable timely corrective actions
- Document action items and rigorously track closure of agreed actions
- Execute systemlevel tradeoffs within delegated limits and escalate deviations to PEH
