Analyze Functional Requirements and suggest / recommend / advise technical
solution and approach
Co-Create Technical Design document, Review and Approve tech designs
Lead development activities and report periodically the status, risk and issues
Lead 3 to 4 technical developers
Problem / Issues analyzing and debugging skills.
Experience
Minimum 6 to 8 years of Service and Sales cloud technical experience (Service Cloud)
Industry Preferred

Btech
General Requirements
Good Hands in Sales/Service/Experience Cloud
(Must) Technically skilled well on application customization, configuration and
API's.
Performed Code review and Code Optimization on Apex/Aura/LWC.
Very good Apex/Aura/LWC skills/Flows
Must have either Integration or Data Architect Certification or experience
