Senior Treasury BA

Role Overview
We are looking for experienced Change Consultants / Business Analysts with strong domain expertise in Treasury to support large-scale transformation and change initiatives within leading banking environments. The role involves working across front-to-back treasury functions, driving business analysis, and enabling successful programme delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with business stakeholders across Treasury (Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office) to gather and document requirements

Analyse and define business processes across treasury products including FX, Money Markets, Interest Rate Derivatives, Fixed Income, and Repos

Support end-to-end change initiatives including TREASURY , regulatory, risk, and transformation programmes

Prepare functional specifications, business requirements documents (BRDs), and user stories

Collaborate with technology teams for solution design, testing, and implementation

Drive UAT, stakeholder communication, and change management activities

Ensure alignment with regulatory and risk frameworks where applicable

Required Skills & Experience

Strong domain knowledge in Treasury products FX (Spot/Forwards/Swaps), Money Markets, IRS/FRA, Bonds, Repos

Hands-on experience with treasury platforms such as Kondor , Finastra Fusion Treasury, Oracle Treasury Management, or similar

Proven experience in Change Management / Business Analysis within banking or financial services

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Experience working in agile and/or hybrid delivery models

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to regulatory initiatives (e.g., liquidity, risk, capital markets regulations)

Experience working in global banking environments

Certifications in Business Analysis, Agile, or related domains
