  • Data Integrity & Quality Control: Implement quality checks and validation processes to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data reported across TM1, Anaplan, and other platforms.
  • Reconciliation: Perform data reconciliation between source systems, financial models, and reporting outputs to ensure consistency and identify discrepancies.
  • Business Intelligence (BI): Build and maintain BI dashboards that provide clear visual representations of financial data, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaboration: Work closely with finance, IT, and project teams to align data reporting with business needs and ensure that reporting tools meet the evolving demands of stakeholders.
  • Strategic Change: Support and drive tactical and strategic change initiatives, adapting reporting solutions to meet new business requirements and technological advancements.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve planning and forecasting processes.
  • Optimization: Continuously seek opportunities to optimize existing reporting solutions and introduce new technologies or methodologies to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate or higher degree in Finance. Candidate with technical degree like BE/BTECH/BCA/MCA/MTECH
  • Certifications: Certification in Power BI or other data analytics platforms.
  • Programming Skills: Experience with programming languages such as Python, SQL, or R for data manipulation and automation.
  • Industry Experience: Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Change Management: Experience with change management initiatives and supporting strategic shifts in reporting or data analysis practices.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Data Analysis Expertise: Strong experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization within financial planning functions, preferably using TM1, Anaplan, and Power BI.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Power BI, including creating reports, dashboards, and integrating data from multiple sources. Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other scripting languages is a plus.
  • Finance & Accounting Knowledge: Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles, with experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes.
  • Automation & Optimization: Experience in automating reporting processes and optimizing data workflows to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Data Integrity: Strong focus on data integrity, with experience in implementing quality checks and reconciliation processes to ensure the accuracy of financial reports.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot data issues and develop innovative reporting solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
