Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications.
• Manage and mentor a team of developers, ensuring adherence to engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data teams, and product owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Design and develop scalable APIs, microservices, and modern web applications.
• Leverage analytics and reporting solutions to generate actionable business insights.
• Drive data integration, transformation, and visualization initiatives.
• Ensure application performance, security, reliability, and maintainability.
• Participate in technical roadmap planning and solution architecture discussions.

Professional certification such as CA, CPA, CISA or CIA. 7-9 years of experience.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8-12+ years of experience in software development, including experience leading teams.
• Strong expertise in full-stack development technologies (frontend and backend frameworks).
• Advanced SQL skills with experience in complex queries, performance tuning, and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI for dashboarding, reporting, and business analytics.
• Strong understanding of analytics, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making.
• Solid knowledge of Data Engineering concepts, including:
  • ETL/ELT processes
  • Data pipelines
  • Data warehousing
  • Data quality and governance
  • Cloud-based data platforms
• Good understanding of Data Science concepts, including:
  • Statistical analysis
  • Predictive analytics
  • Machine learning fundamentals
  • Data visualization and storytelling
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
